Eligibility for Returns

Due to the nature of surgical and medical instruments, returns are accepted only under specific conditions:

• The request must be made within 7 days of delivery

• The product must be unused, unsterilized, and in its original packaging

• All original labels, documentation, and accessories must be included

All returned items must be sent back in their original, undamaged packaging and include all accompanying paperwork, labels, and identification tags. Products should be unused, clean, and free from any signs of sterilization or handling. Report a damage items contact our support team with your order team and send us clear photos of damage items.
